Diet plans that really work + fast results?

I have 15 years, 5 "3 and 140 pounds. I won a lot of weight during the holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving). I'm so ashamed of my weight and my view! Members of my family have been saying I'm "too fat" and the need lose weight. And I have to deal with hearing about them every day. How I can lose 15-20 pounds in a month or at least the weather starts? No school rude or unnecessary comments so please. No diet pills or supplements. Note, I am only fifteen years.

Calorie change is the best thing to do for a diet. It worked for me without having to buy anything fancy. This means shifting from the amount of calories consumed daily, and the amount of calories consumed at each meal. Just remember, do not starve. Your body gets used to less calories and therefore will not burn as many. Calories offset is a much better method. Group this with exercise and lose the weight you want! I have also heard that eating more, small meals is better than eating three large meals. Good luck!
