What is a healthy diet for someone trying to lose 45-50 pounds?

I want to go on a diet. I exercise and a lot of things. Would know if someone had a good diet plan that 1,200 workers. Any advice or suggestions would also help. Thanks!

6 Months of diet plan: Month 1 weeks 1-3: Have an apple or the fruit of the light breakfast and lunch. Get plenty of exercise every day for 1 hour every morning. 4-2 month 1 week 2 weeks Month: No fatening things or junk food. Take a walk miles every day, add more if you can push more. 2 weeks Month 3-4: Fruits and vegetables and a protient everymeal survivor. Month 3 weeks 1-4: Get plenty of exercise in the morning for atleast an hour and a half. Limit junk food all not eat unless you are hungry, do not eat just because its 12 in later. Try to get to dinner with a couple of peices of fruit, when you feel hungry drink tea. 4 weeks Month 1-4: 5 miles during the day, fruit and vegetables for breakfast at lunch and dinner if normal hunger Walk. Month 5 weeks 1-2: Hard exercise in the morning, walk three miles long day. Drink only water, half cup of coffee if necessary. No fatening as mashpatatoes dinner or gravy. Drink tea when she's hungry, if you really full. Month 5 weeks 3-4: Walk the miles you can 5 + carrot for lunch every day and grapes for breakfast. A chunk of meat for dinner. Month 6 Week 1: Walk 5 + miles only fruit and vegetables every meal. Month six weeks 2-4: Hard exercise and walk 3 miles fillling something to eat when hunger, but not fatening. Hope this helps!
