PLEASE READ! i just need YOUR opinion

hey everyone!
i have been trying for a long time to lose weight.but failed with all those atkins, master cleanse, and way too many fad diets to list.
im a female, 16 years old, 5’5, and weigh 146.
last year, at the same height, i weighed 120.
so i’m trying to get back down to that weight.

anyway…
what do you think of this?
run 3 miles in morning and at night.
crunches,lunges,squats,pushups,weights.
DDR, Wii Fit, exercise videos.
(exercising is pretty easy for me,
its just ridiculous how much junk food i eat!)
&as far as meals go…
breakfast-cheerios and fruit
lunch-turkey sandwich and veggies
dinner-grilled chicken salad

so based on the exercises and those meal plans..
about how long do you think it’ll take to lose all the 26 pounds?
2 pounds a week? possibly 3?
im just tired of trying to rush it all, and always failing, i want to do it the healthy way this time.

sounds like a good routine but in between each meal u really should have snacks nothing fatty something like pretzels or fruit to keep ur metabolism working. people often think that the less calories they eat the skinnier theyll be but u need to eat every 3 hours so ur metabolism continues to work and not slow down. excersise wise sounds good u have a good combo of stuff but u really shouldnt run in the morning and night ull most likely pull a muscle and wont be a ble to run the next day and ull put too much impact on ur knees. but GOOD LUCk u can so lose the weight. glad ur doing it the healty way eat foods low in sodium and try not to eat salt its nasty at first but u get used to the natural taste of food if u really want to lose the weight ull sacrifice the taste anyway.
