Training schedule and diet plan for overweight teenager?

Okay, so me and my best friend have been friends for six years, and she has always been an excess weight. At this point, we're in 8th grade, she is 5'6 "and weighs 198 pounds and am 5'0" and weighs 99 pounds. I help you lead a healthy and active life, and it agreed that she would let me push to lose weight and her coach, if you will, for a month and if she sees the results of keep doing it. I really want to help but do not know where to start! Help? Thanks in advance. She plays volleyball, softball and basketball, and used to play football but had a knee operation. I think she just has a problem with what you eat. Beause she is very active. Well, a little. Maybe they got started, but under a layer fat? I really do not know.

Tell him to start walking first light, at a brisk pace for 30 minutes, then add 10 minutes every two weeks and, eventually switch to jogging. Or do something fun with it as picking up a sport like tennis or football and walking tours! Be sure to keep it fun! As for food, since you are still young, make sure not to starve! Adolescents should have a minimum of 1800 calories a day for have adequate growth. Make sure you drink eight glasses of water a day and many fruit and vegetable drinks and tell him to stop eating when full. Above everything help is when you go out to eat, something healthy for her to feel weird and not give in to get something fatty. I hope I helped! Good luck! Keep a positive attitude!
